RINGLOCK - BASED SOLUTIONS

We develop temporary structural solutions around Ringlock systems and integrate customized aluminum truss, stage, access and other structural components where the project requires them.

STRUCTURES & SUPPORTING EQUIPMENT

From temporary stages, roofs, FOH, LED and sound support structures to related event equipment, we can coordinate structural systems and the equipment used around them for complete project requirements.

PROJECTS EXPERIENCE SINCE 2008

DragonStage has been supplying customized stage, truss and event equipment solutions since 2008. This long-term project and quotation experience provides the practical foundation behind DragonStructure.

REQUIREMENT TO CONFIGURATION

We start from what the project needs to do—dimensions, height, platform, roof, LED, sound, access or existing equipment—and develop the structural configuration around those requirements.

Temporary Structure & Ringlock Structure Solutions | DragonStructure

ABOUT US

DragonStructure is a specialized platform developed by DragonStage to explore modular temporary structures, structural applications and system integration.

Our primary focus is on Ringlock-based temporary structures and access structures, including stages, roof supports, FOH and control structures, LED and sound supports, seating and grandstands, working platforms, stairs and walkways.

We also explore hybrid structural integration where Ringlock, aluminum truss, access components and other structural systems need to work together within the same project.

Rather than presenting structures only as products, DragonStructure focuses on how a structure is configured, how different systems work together, and how project requirements influence the final solution.

EXPERIENCE & CREDENTIALS

DragonStructure is supported by DragonStage's manufacturing and project experience accumulated since 2008.

Our long-term supplier records, certifications and industry credentials provide additional background to the manufacturing experience behind the structures and project cases presented on this website.

20x18m Hybrid Ringlock Stage Structure Breakdown
This 20 × 18m concert stage is a large hybrid temporary structure combining a steel Ringlock support system with an aluminum roof truss system. The nominal overall height is 12m, with two approximately 10m-wide side wings forming additional production-support zones beside the main stage.

The lower stage platform and the large wall and wing structures use modular Ringlock components. Above the performance area, the primary roof uses CS520 × 760mm aluminum truss, while CS289 × 289mm square truss and CL30 ladder truss form the secondary roof framework.

For this type of project, we do not treat the stage, roof and wings as one undivided structure. They are separate structural modules that must work together within one complete event configuration. This makes the case useful for understanding how modular stage, truss and scaffold systems can be combined at a much larger scale.

6m Ringlock Sound Tower Structure Breakdown and Design Logic

This 6m Ringlock Sound Tower is a modular support structure designed for event sound production applications. The tower uses a steel Ringlock framework as the main vertical structure, combined with aluminum truss elements at the top to create a dedicated mounting area for sound-related equipment.

The tower footprint is 2m × 2m with a 6m structural height. A small aluminum truss section is installed above the Ringlock tower, while the bottom section uses a water tank ballast platform to improve stability during temporary event installation.

Compared with a traditional standalone speaker stand, this configuration provides a larger and more adaptable structural platform for professional event production where height, equipment position and modular assembly are important considerations.

This case demonstrates how a Ringlock system can be extended beyond stage platforms and used as an independent production-support structure.

8.3m Layher Truss Tower System Breakdown for Line Array Support

This 8.3m Heavy Duty Layher Truss Tower System is designed as a temporary event support structure for line array sound systems, lighting equipment and large-scale outdoor production applications.

The structure combines a modular Layher-style Ringlock tower with a suspended truss section and motor lifting system. Unlike a simple speaker stand, this configuration creates a dedicated vertical support tower where equipment height, suspension position and structural stability are considered together.

The system uses a modular Ringlock framework as the main supporting structure, while the upper suspended truss provides the working interface for hanging production equipment.

This type of configuration is commonly considered for outdoor concerts, festivals and professional AV installations where equipment needs to be positioned above audience level while maintaining a practical temporary installation method.

2x2m Modular Ringlock FOH Control Structure for Event Production

This 2x2m Modular Ringlock Structure is configured as a temporary FOH (Front of House) and event control structure for outdoor performances, festivals and temporary event operations.

The original modular configuration is designed around a compact Ringlock frame with canopy roof and curtain enclosure. For event applications, the same structural logic can be adapted into a small technical operation space, including FOH control positions, production offices, ticket control points or temporary management areas.

The main value of this configuration is not the enclosure itself, but the modular Ringlock framework behind it.

The structure provides a reusable temporary space that can be assembled, relocated and adjusted according to different event layouts.
