4x6m Integrated FOH Control Cabin with Aluminum Pitched Roof
A 4m × 6m integrated technical-control cabin designed to work inside or together with a larger Ringlock event structure. Instead of supplying another complete standalone Ringlock FOH body, this configuration focuses on the internal working floor, aluminum pitched roof and curtain enclosure required to create a protected FOH, DJ or control space within the surrounding structure.
This 4m × 6m structure looks similar in size to a conventional single-level FOH, but its structural logic is different.
It is a built-in technical cabin.
The surrounding event structure provides the larger structural environment, while this module creates the usable enclosed control space inside it. The confirmed package therefore concentrates on the platform floor, aluminum roof frame, roof tarpaulins and curtain enclosure rather than repeating a complete independent Ringlock supporting frame.
The confirmed working dimensions are:
Width: 4m
Depth: 6m
Side / enclosure height: approximately 2m
Overall integrated module height: approximately 3m
Nominal working footprint: 24m²
Packing weight: approximately 600kg
Packing volume: approximately 2CBM
This makes the structure useful as an integrated FOH, DJ booth or temporary technical-control cabin where a larger modular event structure already exists.

Structural Modules
1. Integrated Working Cabin
The most important point is what this product does not duplicate.
It is not configured as another complete independent Ringlock FOH tower. The product is intended to occupy a reserved working zone inside or under a larger event-support structure.
This is why Integrated FOH Control Cabin is more accurate than simply calling it another 4×6m FOH booth.
2. Modular Working Floor
The internal floor uses 42 modular platform planks.
These convert the reserved structural zone into a continuous technical working area for FOH equipment, DJ equipment, operators or other event-control functions.
The 4×6m footprint provides a nominal 24m² working area, but the final usable layout depends on the actual consoles, racks, operators, cable routes and required circulation.
3. Aluminum Pitched Roof
The roof is a separate aluminum module consisting of:
8 × 2.2361m aluminum roof beams
9 × 2m aluminum roof connecting beams
The inclined beams create the pitched roof profile, while the connecting beams extend and connect the roof framework along the cabin.
This produces a clear hybrid relationship:
Surrounding Ringlock Structure → provides the larger structural environment
Built-In Platform Module → creates the working floor
Aluminum Roof Frame → creates the covered cabin geometry
4. Roof and Curtain Enclosure
Three main roof tarpaulins and two triangular panels cover the pitched roof geometry.
Two 12m² side curtains and one 8m² front/rear curtain panel provide the enclosure package.
The cabin therefore does not have to be treated as a permanently closed box. Curtain orientation can be adapted around practical requirements such as stage viewing, operator access, equipment entry and cable routing.
Component List, Quantity & Function
The following BOQ preserves the confirmed commercial configuration. The absence of separate Ringlock standards, ledgers and diagonal braces from this BOQ is significant: they should not be reconstructed from another 4×6m FOH product.

The practical reason for this configuration is simple:
If the larger event structure already creates the surrounding structural space, there is no reason to automatically build another complete standalone FOH structure inside it.
Instead, the project can concentrate on what is still missing:
Working Floor
Roof
Enclosure
=
Usable Technical Cabin
This is fundamentally different from the existing 4×6m Single-Level Hybrid Ringlock FOH Shelter, where the Ringlock standards, ledgers and diagonal braces form part of the complete standalone FOH package.
Here, the FOH is treated as a functional module within a larger structure.
How the Structure Works
The structural hierarchy can be understood as:
LARGER EVENT-SUPPORT STRUCTURE ↓ provides surrounding structural environment ↓ RESERVED 4×6m ZONE ↓ 42 PLATFORM PLANKS create technical working floor ↓ ALUMINUM PITCHED ROOF FRAME creates cabin roof geometry ↓ TARPAULINS + CURTAINS create the protected operating space
This distinction matters because the cabin and the surrounding structure should not be counted twice as though they were two independent complete FOH systems.
The Main Difference from Our Standalone 4x6m FOH
DragonStructure already has a 4×6m Single-Level Hybrid Ringlock FOH Shelter with Pitched Aluminum Roof.
The dimensions are similar, and even several roof, platform and enclosure components are similar.
But the structural question is different.

Main design question
How do we build a complete 4×6m FOH shelter?
How do we create a protected control cabin inside an existing larger structure?
The difference is therefore not cosmetic.
It is:
Standalone Structure
versus
Integrated Functional Module
That is enough structural difference to justify a separate DragonStructure Product page.
Why “Integrated” Instead of “Built-In Hybrid Ringlock FOH Booth”?
The original commercial title is useful for describing what DragonStage supplies, but DragonStructure needs to expose the structural idea more clearly.
Integrated tells the reader that this cabin is designed in relation to another structure.
FOH Control Cabin emphasizes the enclosed technical workspace.
Aluminum Pitched Roof identifies the separate upper structural module.
For this reason, the recommended DragonStructure name is:
4x6m Integrated FOH Control Cabin with Aluminum Pitched Roof
The word “Ringlock” does not need to dominate the title because the confirmed BOQ does not contain a complete independent Ringlock frame. Ringlock remains important as the surrounding integration system.
Key Structural Considerations
Integration Comes First
Before configuring this cabin, the surrounding structure needs to be understood. The available opening, supporting geometry, access direction and relationship with the larger Ringlock structure affect the final cabin arrangement.
Equipment Defines the Internal Layout
A 24m² floor does not automatically define where the DJ console, mixing console, racks or operators should go.
Curtains should follow the operating requirement rather than automatically closing all sides.
A FOH may need a viewing opening. A DJ booth may need a more open audience-facing side. A control cabin may require rear cable access.
The same structural module can therefore have different enclosure arrangements.
Ballast Pipes Are Supplied Components, Not a Universal Ballast Requirement
The package includes 2 × 6m, 50×2mm steel ballast pipes with accessories.
This confirms what is supplied. It does not establish the ballast required for every installation. The final stabilization condition depends on the complete surrounding structure, covered areas, site conditions and actual project requirements.
What Changes When Project Requirements Change?
The modular logic makes customization easier to understand.
Different equipment layout → change internal working arrangement and cable/access positions.
Different cabin width or depth → change platform and roof/enclosure geometry.
Different surrounding Ringlock opening → change the integration relationship.
Different access direction → change curtain openings and internal circulation.
Different enclosure requirement → change side/end curtain configuration.
Standalone FOH required instead → a complete supporting Ringlock body must be configured rather than treating the FOH as a built-in cabin module.
That last distinction is particularly important.
A customer should first decide whether the FOH is:
a structure itself
or
a functional cabin inside another structure.
The BOQ can change substantially even when the nominal cabin dimensions remain 4×6m.
Assembly Logic
At Product level, the configuration can be understood in the following sequence:
Confirm the reserved 4×6m zone within the larger event structure.
Confirm the relationship between the cabin and surrounding Ringlock framework.
Install the modular platform-plank working floor.
Assemble the aluminum pitched-roof beams.
Connect the roof sections using the 2m aluminum connecting beams.
Install the three main roof tarpaulins and triangular roof panels.
Install side and end curtains according to the required operational openings.
Coordinate operator access, equipment access and cable routes with the surrounding structure.
Complete the project-specific stabilization arrangement as required by the complete installation.
This is the assembly relationship of the structural modules, not a verified project-specific erection procedure.

Related DragonStructure Pages
This structure belongs primarily to FOH & Control Structure because its main purpose is to create a working area for FOH, DJ and event-control operations.
Its combination with a larger Ringlock system and a separate aluminum roof also makes Ringlock + Aluminum Structure relevant when understanding how different structural systems divide the work.
The comparison is useful because the two products answer different questions:
Standalone FOH: How do we build the complete technical shelter?
Integrated Cabin: How do we create the technical workspace when the larger structural environment already exists?
FAQ
What makes this different from a normal 4x6m FOH shelter?
This configuration is designed as an integrated cabin module inside or together with a larger event structure. Its confirmed BOQ focuses on the working floor, aluminum roof and enclosure rather than supplying another complete independent Ringlock main frame.
Is this a standalone FOH tower?
No. It is better understood as a low built-in technical cabin rather than a standalone multi-level FOH tower.
What is the confirmed working size?
The cabin has a confirmed 4m × 6m footprint, approximately 2m side/enclosure height, and approximately 3m overall integrated module height.
Why does the BOQ not list Ringlock standards and ledgers?
Because the confirmed product BOQ does not contain a separate complete Ringlock main frame. The cabin is intended to integrate with a larger structural environment. Ringlock quantities should therefore not be copied from another 4×6m FOH product.
Can it be used as a DJ booth?
Yes. The internal 4×6m working area can be configured for DJ operation, FOH control or other temporary technical-control functions according to the equipment layout.
Is the floor included?
Yes. The confirmed configuration contains 42 platform planks.
What type of roof does it use?
It uses a separate aluminum pitched-roof frame consisting of 8 × 2.2361m roof beams and 9 × 2m connecting beams.
Are curtains included?
Yes. The confirmed package contains 2 × 12m² side curtains and 1 × 8m² front/rear curtain panel, together with the roof tarpaulins.
Can the cabin be customized?
Yes. Width, depth, internal layout, roof arrangement, curtain openings, access direction, cable positions and integration with the surrounding structure can change according to the project.
This 4×6m configuration represents one practical way of creating an FOH or DJ control cabin inside a larger temporary event structure. The key is not simply the 4×6m size, but the decision to use the surrounding structure as part of the overall system instead of duplicating another complete standalone FOH frame. Changes in the surrounding structure, equipment, access or enclosure requirements can therefore change the final configuration and BOQ.
